Conversational hypnosis, sometimes referred to as covert hypnosis is a method that one can use to take command of another person through the course of a normal discussion by way of the subconscious. You don’t lay down on a sofa in a dimly light room, or follow a pendulum to engage in this kind of hypnosis. It is actually a popular type of hypnosis.
When films depict hypnosis as completely taking command over someone’s entire body and brain, they are not being accurate at all. With the use of conversational hypnosis, someone can continue on in their normal conversation as the hypnotist subconsciously instructs them how to move, or to place their hands.
We can’t completely dominate someone else’s will in real life, even if this kind of thing is typical to see throughout the entertainment business.
So, if you’re thinking that someone could make you do harmful things, you are not correct. We can’t ever have our beliefs overridden by anyone else, subconsciously or otherwise. These are rules ingrained into our minds, and they cannot be controlled.
Anyone can learn hypnosis to betteer their life! If you have enough knowledge about conversational hypnosis then you can recognize hundreds of people who are around you on a daily basis that will seem to be in a hypnotic trance at times. The reason for this is that our everyday lives become so familiar that we become relaxed, and our subconscious minds take over and complete jobs for us. This is what has occurred in situations where we remember starting to do something, and know when we finished, but we have no recollection of anything that happened in between.
You also need to recognize that conversational hypnosis not a way to force someone else to do what you want them to if it is against their will - it is only a tool for you to use to help improve your life.
