Friday, October 30th, 2009

There is enormous energy in the word learning hypnosis. Inside that statement is the source that can release the command of your psyche, allow you to accomplish great and admirable goals. And guess what, this control is open to everyone. It’s is not a course you have to take, or a lecture idea you must consider (though exercise does amplify the skill), it is a free talent given to all of us.
In actuality learning hypnosis, which is most habitually misunderstood, is basically the course of action of a individual speaking with, and instructing their psyche. Now don’t for a picture something bizarre or when we say “talking to your subconscious”, for it is perfectly natural.

When you are in tune with your unconscious psyche, you are talking to the actual essence of your mind. While it is our absolute psyche and determination that makes us a human being, it is our unconscious intellect that dictates our customary demeanor, our emotions, our physical functions and perhaps as a rule of great consequence (at least in daily life), it is the part of our intellect that moves us on the road to a specific aspiration. Herein lies the , your subconscious intellect does not know the distinction between righteous or wrong, it is helping you attain an unproductive goals, and also a constructive one. Realizing that, we can commence to offer helpful and constructive thoughts to our subconscious psyche self-hypnosis.

Ideally talking, you will your psyche, breathe deeply and slowly and simply be and quiet. While that is not continually feasible, or even required, it is beneficial in the beginning. As you do this (and especially with some practice), you’ll arrive at a calm and collected state of mind. When this happens, you can have a word with your unconscious mind and offer helpful and advantageous suggestions. These suggestions might be about losing weight, stop smoking, obtaining material goods, meeting that exceptional someone, or in truth any objective critical to you.

When considers self-hypnosis, it often conjures the likeness of listening to a CD or mood music or someone with a comforting voice offering affirmative suggestions, and while it undoubtedly can be this, it can be a great deal more. Many times however, these tapes, CDs or MP3s are produced by a person who does not have experience of your unique circumstances, and while the intentions I’m sure are admirable, they may not go with your purposes. When you become skilled at self-hypnosis, it is you talking individually with your subconscious mind, giving it suggestions custom-made entirely to where you are in life and more significantly, where you want to go.

Think of self-hypnosis as a tool, a very robust tool that becomes even more so, each time you make use of it. There is nothing that we realize in this life without using the control of our mind, whether it be straightforward, strategic or glorious. Learning learning hypnosis can assist you realize the greatness that is inside each of us.

What Is Conversational Hypnosis? - Mind Control Hypnosis

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

There is no such thing as hypnosis. This is a proven fact. For instance, if you see someone become so rigid that they can be balanced with their head on one chair and their feet on another, and someone else can sit on them, it is perfectly normal. Hypnosis doesn’t exist. Conversational hypnosis doesn’t exist either. At this point you might be shaking your head a bit.

Milton Erikson and other well-known hypnotists used no swinging watches or blinking lights when they “hypnotized” people. They merely chatted. When he was called before the medical board for malpractice (he was using hypnosis, which of course, does not exist), after dismissing the case, the doctors on the review panel said they felt a bit woozy during the meeting, but they attributed it to having just eaten a big lunch.

This article will look closer at conversational hypnosis.

Have you ever been in a thinking rut? You’re poring over a problem, but no matter what you do, you can’t think of any kind of solution. You keep thinking “What do I do?” over and over, but no answer is in sight.

What is happening is that you keep thinking “What do I do?” over and over so much that the answer doesn’t have a prayer of getting through. But are you really sure that in the next minute or two that answer won’t come to mind? And suddenly, there it is! Are you surprised? I’m not.

Let’s go back a few steps and find out why this technique is effective.

Our first step is to create a connection. We recognize that you are stuck on this problem. We agree with you. It is possible that we agree that your problem has no solution whatsoever. We can emphasize this point if we need to. This creates a resistance in you.

Our next step is to state a fact. That fact is: You can’t be positive absolutely positive that you won’t find the answer to your problem in the next minute or two. Maybe you won’t find the answer in the next minute, but can you be totally sure you won’t?

This exercise breaks you out of your thinking rut. Even if you pause to wonder for even a split second that there may be a chance you’ll find an answer, it means you stopped thinking about your problem, however briefly. You can’t think of two things at the same time, and this frees up your brain to allow the answer to come through.

This is planting a suggestion. You’re wondering now, which makes you open to receiving new information. Now we say, “I’m not sure why, but I have a feeling you may be a lot more certain you’ll be able to find an answer to your problem now.”

Let’s look at another scenario.

A few months ago, I wasn’t feeling up to par. I had a cold coming on, and I was not feeling well. I told myself, “You feel awful. Ugh.” Since I had made this empathetic connection to my inner self, I then said, “But then, how do you know you won’t feel a bit better in a few minutes maybe even as fast as the next few seconds?”

This got me wondering, and I stopped thinking about how awful I felt. I told myself, “Hey, you’re feeling a bit better now, aren’t you?” I followed that with, “Wow, this method really works well!” And suddenly I was feeling better and could go on with my day.

Can you see how this worked? The effect was guaranteed, even though I knew exactly what was supposed to happen. It worked because it followed the rules our brains use to change thought patterns.

Here are the steps to succeed at conversational hypnosis:

CONNECTION
CONFUSION
SUGGESTION

While you should not be afraid to use these techniques, remember that you should not suggest to others that they should do things that will harm them in any way including emotionally, financially, or their status. This technique can seem like magic. Look to the Karmic Law you will reap what you sow.Practice on yourself or where this may be of benefit to your own situation. See what happens.

Conversational hypnosis can be learned by listening to simple hypnosis audios teachings with an instruction manual. There are various conversational hypnosis online courses that teaches this powerful skill. By learning the covert techniques of influence and persuasion, you will find use for them in almost all everyday situations. The Difficulty Of Decreasing Pounds - Is Hypnotherapy A Solution?

Thursday, July 9th, 2009

Proactol review If your daily habits do not concur with your body metabolism, you might have a lot of weight problems. You could gain weight if you eat too much and work out too little; and you could lose weight if the reverse is the situation. You must find a way to achieve some sort of balance.

A lot of the foods we eat have way too much calories in them. With the kind of living obtainable in America today, there are not too many ready ways by which we can burn them. However, we can create these avenues by adopting exercise or looking for other alternative means. proactol review

Hypnosis is a very interesting way to lose weight. Interesting because it is unusual and many people still don?t understand how it works. But by programming your mind to break your bad living habits, you could shed a lot of your excess pounds in a matter of weeks.

proactol review Hypnotism is kind of like a way to make impossible things possible. Using it in weight loss simply means all the things you wanted to do to bring your weight back down to manageable limits you can now do. But it takes the help of a true adept person.

Weight loss is greatly influenced by the foods you consume. Carbohydrates, though good, should be taken minimally because they comprise the unused energy that was converted to the fat in your body. Fruits and vegetables contain the appropriate vitamin supplements for your body to aid in your weight loss process. You should take them more.

Hypnotize Anyone Secretly And Get Them To Do What You Want

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

by Arthur Xavier King

Would you like to be able to hypnotize anyone whenever you wanted? Do you think it’s possible to hypnotize anyone and have them change their behavior without them even realizing it? The truth of the matter is that this is not only possible but it’s probably a lot easier than you think. And forget about it looking like traditional hypnosis. There’s no lying down on the couch, no staring at the pocket watch and no counting backwards from 10.

Would you believe it if I told you that this practice of hypnotizing people ’secretly’ or happens all of the time? Now, before you think that there’s no possible  way to hypnotize anyone with out the person knowing it,let me clarify what I mean by  ‘hypnotize.’ I’m not talking about sitting or laying down in a dimly lit room  listening to a soft soothing voice as you drift into a state of total relaxation.

The secret, however, is to be able to do this just by talking to someone while using the same language patterns that work in traditional hypnosis. And this can happen in regular conversations as well as using the written word when communicating with someone. Skeptical?  I don’t blame you. But what if I told you that we are influenced by words all of the time, and that many of these words that are ‘hypnotizing ‘ us are happening right under our noses without us even knowing it!

Is it possible to influence the subconscious mind without the conscious mind knowing it? In an experiment developed by psychologist John Bargh a group of subjects were asked to make a four word sentence out of five words as quickly as they could. Try this yourself:

1. throw John gray the ball

2. from are oranges Florida sweet

3.fruit wrinkled raisin is a

Does this seem like a pretty easy exercise? Well, the subjects that completed it thought so too. What they didn’t realize was that the researchers were measuring something completely different. What they found was that the subjects that completed this exercise actually walked out of the testing room and down the hallway slower than when they walked in.

Now consciously the subjects probably didn’t even pay attention to these words, but subconsciously these words had a huge impact on the way the subjects behaved. They basically put the subjects into a state of feeling old and the subjects responded by acting this out through their slow walk out of the office. (For an  excellent resource on how the subconscious is easliy influenced on a day to day basis, check out Malcolm Gladwell’s book Blink).

The point is, these subjects had no idea that they were acting any differently than they would normally act, and yet they didn’t even realize that they had changed their behavior. They thought that they were just making sentences out of a bunch of random words, when in reality they were being influenced in a way that they weren’t even aware of. Such is the power of activating the subconscious mind.

Now, you might be asking yourself, can you really influence someone subconsciously just by talking to them? And the answer is- absolutely-if you know what you’re doing. The father of modern psychological hypnosis, Dr. Milton Erickson, had mastered the traditional techniques of hypnosis to the point where he could easily hypnotize anyone simply by talking to them. He was a master story teller who could, through the use of stories or metaphors, implant subconscious suggestions or commands.

Chances are you already know and use the words that you would use to start to hypnotize someone subconsciously. How can I know this about you? Well, have you ever used the words “gray, old, wrinkled, Florida” as in the example above? Of course you have! It’s not about learning new words or ‘hypnotic words’; it’s about using the words that you already know in such a way as to engage the conscious mind so that you can deliver a particular hypnotic suggestion or command to the subconscious mind. Once you master this skill then it is only a question of practice until you can hypnotize anyone just  by talking to them.
