Start Introducing Manners Lessons To Children: Conversational Hypnosis

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Are you ready to learn an amazing secret that will teach you how to put people under hypnosis and get them to do anything you want just by having a conversation with them? Imagine having the ability to negotiate with remarkable success; to have your friends, family and colleagues do what you suggest; to make your lover eternally loyal and to have your children and teenagers follow your commands. Life would be just about perfect.

There is a type of hypnosis that is very easy to learn that will make all of this happen for you and more. Conversational Hypnosis is using hypnosis while having a conversation with someone to get them to do what you want; it can be used in many real life situations. Let’s think about this, how can personally benefit from using this type of hypnosis.

You could start by using this technique on your family. Imagine having your children and family members follow your commands with no argument. Imagine the hours you would save by not having to argue with them to get your point across.

If you have ever spent this time arguing with your children, to get them to do what you want; then you know that the stress can take a toll on your family life. Imagine then, coming home to a stress frees house and the inner peace that you would feel. You can learn how to make your home a stress free place to enjoy by using hypnosis. You can teach your child good manners through conversational hypnosis.

The list of ways hypnosis has been used to help children, adolescents and adults is practically endless but does include: weight loss, stopping smoking, building self-confidence and self-esteem, improving academic performance at every age level, improving test taking ability from children through high school, college, medical and law school as well as the National Teacher Certification Exam, pain management, eliminating anxiety, fear and phobias, stress management, insomnia and other sleep problems and helping to heal physical problems.

Children are masters at flexibility. If they want something, they will continuously and creatively modify their behavior until they either get what they want, or discover something else to focus their attention on.

The younger the child the easier they can be distracted. So, the adult must have more flexibility of behavior to keep up with the child. And please remember, behavior can change quickly and easily. You can start introducing manners lessons slowly to very young children and add more refined lessons as the child matures through conversational hypnosis.

Conversational Hypnosis-Everything You Need To Know

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Hypnosis comes in various forms. One form of hypnosis that is very real and can easily be learned by anyone else is the conversational hypnosis, which is also referred to as covert hypnosis. It is usually learned for the purpose of influencing other people cleverly and indirectly. Hypnotists use tricks to help them persuade people to view or understand things in such a way that they will not actually realize it. Hypnotized people tend to give amazing reactions when you ask them the right kind of question.

The tricks used in conversational hypnosis can be in the form of trigger words or phrases when giving subtle and mere suggestions. However, a single mistake in the word or words may make the situation out of control. So you have to learn the right kind of words to say for any situation. You also need to keep an upper hand all the time, but you must still remain subtle.

More than anything else, conversational hypnosis can be of help to those people who are suffering from phobias, addictions, and other problems that have been pulling them from living a normal life. It is used to influence people to think of their suppressed ideas and memories. Most people who belong in the middle class and upper class of the society, such as politicians, lawyers, businessmen, salesmen, and therapists have been applying conversational hypnosis to their careers. More often than not, hypnosis tricks only work when the subject trusts you enough that they will open up to you and they are willing to listen anything that you have to say.

There are three stages in using conversational hypnosis:

First Stage: Develop a rapport with the subject.

You must be at ease even before the conversation with your subject takes place so you will be able to help your subject feel the same way when conversing with you. It is always important that you allow your subject to become open and interested in what you have to say.

Second Stage: To become trickier.

You must be able to throw mild confusion when cooking your conversation. Enough confusion will throw your subject off balance.

A good example for this is when a person discusses an accident that involves someone whom you both know. You will suddenly interject a point, which your subject has already mentioned, but only repeat it differently. So your subject will try to correct you and you will agree to what the subject will say. It is then the best time to confuse your subject, as he or she is now able to listen to any suggestion. And since the subject is in the state of unconsciousness, he therefore wants to resolve himself from being confused so he will be open to any solutions.

Third Stage: Timing

Since the subject is confused and distracted, this is the right time for you to plant your suggestion.

Conversational hypnosis can work effectively, but it does not work for everyone. Every person is different, so you have to identify their differences for you to tell which will work for each of them. Practice of the different areas oor stages is essential. You must also be able to read your subject before you try this hypnosis on them.

The Power Of Conversational Hypnosis: A Course That Actually Works?

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Over time, a lot of conversational hypnosis courses have popped up all over the internet. They seem to have everyone’s undivided attention. There are a great number of review sites keeping our attention glued to this subject. Do they help, or confuse? For those of us who have already invested in one of these courses, the confusion is over. Hypnosis has been used all over the world for a very long time by people from all walks of life. Covert hypnosis has been growing in popularity for decades now. Some common uses for hypnosis are smoking cessation, weight loss, the elimination of phobias, and more. This is a proven way for people like you, and people like me, to enhance our lives. Even so, controversy is no stranger to the world of hypnosis, and the idea of hypnotizing someone through the application of hypnotic principles in conversation is upsetting to some people. Perhaps we can get by all this controversy by simply examining some of the basic questions that commonly arise. Let’s look into the following things:

Who came up with this stuff, anyway?
What is meant by ‘Conversational Hypnosis’?
Why should I believe it works?
So then, I can actually hypnotize someone in the course of a conversation?

So, who came up with this stuff, anyway? In the 1950’s, a psychiatrist named Milton Erickson MD began using hypnotic principals in conversation for his patients. The controversy surrounding covert hypnosis really begins from that point. Erickson’s approach to hypnosis is to take the principals of traditional hypnosis and combine it with neurolinguistic programing and indirect suggestion, and then to apply them all in the course of conversation. His way of doing things has become more and more popular over the years because it is a supremely effective way to influence others.

What is meant by ‘conversational hypnosis’? Conversational hypnosis is, in essence, the application of hypnotic speech patterns for the purpose of actually producing a hypnotic trance in the listener. You may have heard it called covert, indirect, or even ‘waking’ hypnosis. These terms all refer to the same thing. What we are talking about is speaking in such a way as to unite hypnotic speech and an understanding of how to embed commands, to not just command the attention of your listeners, but to direct their actions and beliefs as well.

You can use conversational hypnosis to place commands in your listener’s subconscious mind as you talk to them… and you can do it in such a way that you will be the only one who knows. You may have used body postures and body language to make others think of you in a certain way. When you use conversational hypnosis, you can use those skills at the same time, making them even more effective still.

Why should you believe it works? In a word, documentation. Lots and lots of documentation. Milton Erickson published a great many works on the tool of waking hypnosis as it is used by medical doctors, as well as those in the psychiatric and dental fields. In fact, the first case study that can be verified was with Dr. Erickson himself, in which he employed his craft.

Slowly, over the course of decades, covert hypnosis has become commonplace in the practice of a great many people in the care-giving fields. One of the reasons waking hypnosis is so well liked is because there is no formal induction. For some people a formal induction is stressful, or even scary. By bypassing the formal induction, the subject remains quite suggestible. Even today case studies continue to amass, and speak to the great efficacy of conversational hypnosis.

So, can you actually hypnotize someone in the course of a conversation? Yes. By applying the secrets of conversational hypnosis in your everyday life, you can cause a positive difference in any area of your life. Anywhere you use conversation, you can apply the hypnotic language patterns, and have a better outcome for all as a result. Having an understanding of the power of conversational hypnosis will give you great power, and if you use it wisely, your life will be much better because of it.

The Study of Hypnosis Techniques

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009

by David Aldor

Getting a good start into this topic will be a good way to make further progress.

Many people have heard of it, but only a few have really experienced and gone into the depth of it. Hypnosis is a subject that has grabbed the attention of a number of people and maybe for that reason, it seems like everyone has some opinion about it.

Whatever said and done, the proven fact is that after going through many hypnotic sessions individuals suffering from a wide range of habits, phobias etc have been able to overcome these situations all thanks to hypnosis and what it does to the mind and body. Being hypnotized isn’t about you being put to sleep.

The truth is; hypnosis is an intermediary state of mind between sleep and being awake. So you are not fully asleep even though you’ll look like it. You will still be aware of the words being spoken to you.

Hypnotists use different hypnosis techniques on their patients. It can depend on the individual. But, over all, we can state a few techniques that will include attention, relaxation, the subconscious mind, the unconscious mind and suggestions.

Why do you think hypnotists use a pocket watch or a pendant when they start their session? I’m sure you have seen enough of such instances in movies. The reason behind this is because it makes the patient or the individual focus his attention on an object. This is where the hypnotists will sometimes ask the patient to close their eyes and listen to what he or she says.

During this session, the person will start to relax since it is the most important thing when it comes to all hypnosis techniques. The hypnotists or the therapist will help the patient achieve the highest level of relaxation by uttering words that will soothe and calm his mind. Once the therapist identifies that the patient’s body is fully relaxed, he will move on to the next level, which is much deeper and interesting.

Getting into the subconscious mind is easier than the unconscious mind.

This can be done by visualizing something. For instance, the person could imagine himself entering a castle like house with different rooms. But if you are to go in depth to the unconscious mind, then the help of a hypnotist or an experienced therapist should be sought. Once the person is in a hypnotic trance, suggestions can be expressed.

You may have experienced getting into your subconscious mind during the times you day dream or while being half asleep. One moment you could be in your country, and the next second you’d be in another country; it’s just a matter of visualizing. But if you are to go in depth to the unconscious mind, then the help of a hypnotist or an experienced therapist should be sought. Once the person is in a hypnotic trance, suggestions can be expressed.

Any expert would suggest trustworthy hypnosis techniques as the whole process of achieving the desired results depends on that. When all this is done, the person can go back to reality. This is done, slowly and efficiently, as the person has to move back from the unconscious mind into the conscious mind.

Experts in this field usually suggest that individuals will be benefited by using trustworthy hypnosis techniques instead of using fake methods and falling into trouble.

These articles can be very inspiring, hope the information was useful. Thanks a lot for reading.
